HEART-HEALTHY RECIPE
Broccoli Salad

- 1 bunch broccoli - washed and cut-up into small florets
- ½ cup golden raisins
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 6-7 slices of bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
Dressing:
- 1 cup Miracle Whip (low fat is fine)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp Bread and Butter pickle juice (add more to suit your consistency)
One hour before serving, pour on dressing, toss and put back into the refrigerator (thin Chinese Noodles could be added just before serving as well).
