HEART-HEALTHY RECIPE
Last Minute Pasta Casserole

Macaroni (I cup/250ml) |

500ml |
All-Purpose Quick Spaghetti Sauce |

Small, sweet green or yellow pepper, chopped |
| 2 |

Large mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 cup |
250ml |
Kernel corn or green peas |
| 2 tbsp |
25ml |
Grated Parmesan Cheese |
In a large pot of boiling water, cook macaroni until tender but firm, drain.
Meanwhile, in flameproof casserole or heavy saucepan over heat, combine Spaghetti Sauce, sweet pepper, mushrooms, corn or peas; simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in hot cooked pasta, sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
