Super Salad

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

Amount Ingredients
 One 540 ml can Pinto or preferred beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp 15 g Chia seeds
1/3 cup 20 g Cooked quinoa
3 Tbsp. 30 g Red pepper cut in 1/4” strips
½ tsp. 10 g Fresh Cilantro or Italian Parsley
1 cup 30 g Fresh green kale
10 oz. 20 g Fresh spinach, washed, chopped and patted dry
2 tsp 10 g Fruit Salad

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients and toss.
